Our dispatch uses live traffic reports to reroute buses and vehicles on demand to avoid delays from accidents and other traffic related issues. Our Buses and Vehicles come equipped with GPS tracking that’s accurate and in real time. TSG utilizes the latest technology that provides daily bus route history. Our bus tracking history can be viewed as far back as one year while the camera recordings are stored up to (90) ninety days. TSG drivers all utilize Motorola TLK 110 Radios in every bus for dispatch and driver communication.
For additional enjoyment vehicles are equipped with TV’s, cell phone charger outlets and cords, as well as power outlets so you can work in comfort while we chauffeur you and your team. Passengers can be provided a link for the ability to track their vehicles in real time with GPS tracking technology. This can be sent to the booker, client or anyone for just one vehicle or multiple vehicles to be tracked all with one link.
TSG uses many other latest technology features such as the following: Geofencing, Digital Vehicle Inspections, Digital Vehicle Diagnostics, Fleet to do list with tablet tasks for assigned routes. Our system allows us to view as many buses at once to allow our dispatch department to have eyes and ears in as many places at once as possible.
