Will the bus I choose look like the one I picked out on your website?
TSG website shows examples of what the shuttles or buses that we
typically offer for a charter. Your account executive can provide the
specifics of the bus you will be getting for your event. We have a
wide selection to choose from and want you to be happy with your
selection.
Will the coach have plenty of storage room for our equipment?
Absolutely! There is amble storage underneath the carriage of the
vehicle and there are locking overhead compartments. Some
smaller coaches have luggage storage in the front of the vehicle.
Drivers are always available to help with loading and unloading of
your belongings.
Is alcohol allowed on the coaches?
We abide by the city/state law where we are operating. We do not allow kegs
or glass bottles. Of course, underage drinking is never allowed. We
want passengers to enjoy the experience but we do watch out for
each passengers’ safety and well-being.
One of our employees has decided to take a different flight than originally planned. How do we adjust arrangements?
Please get in touch with our dispatch or any team member so they
can make the necessary adjustments. It is understandable that plans
do change so we are flexible to your needs.
Can we have the same driver we had the last time we used your service?
It is possible if we know in advance of your request. We will do our
best to accommodate your request, if possible.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No – This policy is part of our safety protocol and health of other
passengers.
Are your vehicles equipped for the handicap?
Wheelchair ramps, wheelchair lifts, wheelchair tie-downs, seatbelts,
and priority seating are a few of the features we furnish. Please
discuss your specific needs with our trained staff so we can meet all
your specifications.
What number do I call if I have a last-minute request?

Will I be working with the same staff member during entire transportation stage? Will I have a designated support person?
Yes. An expert member of our staff will be assigned to your program.
This staff member will have a back-up on their day off.
We have a diabetic in our group. Do you have a refrigerator we can use for medicines?
When you make your reservation, let the staff know so they can
make the appropriate preparation.
We will be scattering my mother’s ashes. Is it ok to bring an urn on a bus?
The container must be leak-proof and labeled ashes.
Please keep container inside your luggage until you depart the vehicle.
We will work with you to see the dignity and respect of
the deceased is observed. Just let our staff know of
your request so we can accommodate your wishes.
If I want to book transportation in another city, can you help with those arrangements?
Yes. We network with many affiliates throughout the United States.
Each service provider has been carefully screened to meet the
highest standards we consider to be our trademark of excellence.
What if my luggage is lost at the airport? Can TSG help get the luggage to the hotel?
Please let someone know as soon as you discover the problem. It is
best to contact 888-614-7687 so a staff member can handle the
situation. We want you to feel confident in our ability to solve the
situation, so you can continue with your plans.
We would like to reserve a specific vintage car for a wedding. Can this be arranged through your services?
TSG has a network of dealers that offer vintage cars for a variety of
functions. We will give you a list that is available for the date of your
event.
Can you recommend a photographer and film crew for our corporate event?
Yes, we can! TSG has used several videographers for our business
needs and are very satisfied with the results. We will be glad to
recommend someone in this industry.
